Very rude people I been trying to get help for almost two months now and no one ever returns a phone call or is willing to help a single mother of 3 that works.
I was told yesterday I had a appointment, Time comes for appointment sit and wait sit and wait wait wait I finally go ask and I was told I didn't have a appointment when I was told yesterday I did! Just so unprofessional. Like I'm not already embarrassed and ashamed to be getting on them and stresse . That time could've been spent job hunting and stuff. I'm not proud of this but it will only be temporary I'm not a lady person or one to cry and wine but today it made me mad. That's not how a office should run.
This is the rudest place to every have to go. They have no respect for anyone and at 21 with a mother with breast cancer I am looking after I had to relocate and they have no sympathy for me needing my food stamps . My dad fought in Vietnam and died from hep c he got in the war for his kids to be treated like this by the government? How sad.
